a) On-line Availability Search (网上查询) $4，125
（IPIHK can arrange the search in Hong KONG by on-line
computer, but the mark should be in character form. The
aim of the search is to find out whether there is any
filed/registered similar or identical marks which will
bar your application. The fee includes conducting the
search in the Trade Marks Register, obtaining relevant
print out and reviewing and reporting the search results
with advice on registration）

b) Word or device search-文字或图案查询 $9，625

Ⅱ.a) FILING OF APPLICATION,ADVERTISEMENT & REGISTRATION

The flat fees includes disbursement, professional service
fees of classifying the goods or services, preparing the
relevant application form, filing the application and
reporting filing particulars, reporting the allowance
of publication, preparing for the publication of Government
Gazette(old law)/Intellectual Property Journal (new law),
official fees, reporting acceptance of registration, obtaining
and forwarding the Certificate of Registration.
此费用包括协助申请人选择申请类别﹑准备和提交申请﹑缴付官方费用以及报告申请资料﹑报告公告的许可通知﹑办理公告事宜﹑报告获准注册通知﹑领取及寄上注册证书以及缴付官方费用。
Validity: TEN (10)years 有效期为十年。

Drafting, Amending and Filing Arguments (草拟﹑修改及申辩)（simple
argument per case）

The argument fees may be adjusted based on the complexity
of the cases, separate quotation will be issued for cases
involving court proceeding.
此费用只限于一般申辩及会因应案件的复杂程度而有所调整。另涉及法院程序的案件会根据个别律师的费用而定，我方将会预先通知。
